The test speed should not exceed 60 times /min. Inspection mold should be made out of a semicircular slot, its diameter is the nominal specification of the cotter pin. The jaws should have rounded corners r=0.5mm.

The gap between two cotter pins and the wrong movement of two legs should not be greater than the nominal specification of cotter pins.
Opening pin allows to make an opening, the included Angle of the plane inside its bipedal should accord with specifications.
